This Cookie Policy explains how Sociable AI, Inc. ("Sociable," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies on sociable.how and our web dashboard (collectively, the "Sites"). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage keeps information in the browser or device. Pixels and software tags can record when a page, message, or feature is viewed or used. Some technologies last only for a session; others remain until they expire or are deleted.

2. Technologies used on our Sites

Strictly necessary and security

These technologies support sign-in, session continuity, workspace selection, load balancing, fraud prevention, payment security, and other functions needed to operate and protect the Sites. Disabling them may prevent parts of the Services from working.

Preferences

These remember settings and choices, such as selected workspace, display preferences, or whether a notice has been shown.

Analytics, diagnostics, and feature measurement

These help us understand visits, feature usage, navigation, conversion, experiments, performance, crashes, and errors. Where configured, providers may include PostHog, Google Analytics, and Sentry. Session replay may be used to understand product experience, with sensitive form fields, comments, messages, documents, and credentials masked or excluded.

Advertising and attribution

Where configured, Meta Pixel and similar technologies help measure advertising campaigns, attribute visits or signups, build advertising audiences, and show or measure ads on other services. These providers may connect activity on our Sites with information they already hold under their own privacy policies.

3. First- and third-party technologies

First-party technologies are set through a Sociable domain. Third-party technologies are provided by another company, such as an authentication, analytics, payment, support, error-monitoring, or advertising provider. A provider may control the duration of its technology and process associated information under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Your choices

Where a cookie preference control is displayed, you may use it to accept, reject, or change choices for nonessential technologies. Strictly necessary technologies cannot be disabled through that control. You may also block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or cause features to stop working as intended.

Where required by applicable law, we treat a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser or device that sends it. You may also email product@sociable.how to request an applicable privacy choice.

Browser controls generally apply only to the browser and device where they are set. You may need to repeat your choices after clearing storage, changing browsers, or using another device.

5. Mobile application

Browser cookies generally do not operate inside our native mobile app. The app may use secure device storage, local storage, push notification tokens, and integrated software components for authentication, preferences, security, and app functionality. These practices are described in our Privacy Policy and Google Play Data safety disclosures.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy as technologies, vendors, or law change. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date.
