For those who are using Sociable Software (Conversational AI) as a customer (”Customers”): When you use any Sociable Software as a Service (the “Services”), we store all the content you provide, including but not limited to accounts for team members, files, pictures, project information, and any other information that you provide to the Services.

In and through the Services, we also collect data about usage of the Services. This may include, but is not limited to, numbers of instagram followers, flows, instagram live users, etc.

Information collected from Sociable Customers (“Customers”): We may collect personal information such as name, address, company name, identification, publicly available social media profile information, e-mail, IT information (IP addresses, usage data, cookie data, browser data) and financial information (credit card details, account details, payment information). We use a third-party service provider to process credit card transactions, who are governed by their own agreements

2. data collected for and by our Customers: Our services allow you to import personal information that you have collected from your users, customers, prospective customers, and social media and messaging platform contacts (collectively “Followers”) or other individuals. As we have no direct relationship with your Followers or any person other than you, you are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate permission and legal basis for us to collect and process information about those individuals. We may use and incorporate information you have provided, or we have collected from you, or collected about Subscribers, into our features as part of our Services

3. sensitive personal information: We request that you do not disclose sensitive personal information (e.g., social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background or union membership) through the Services or otherwise.

Sociable will assist its customers in responding to your requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. How long we keep Customer’s information

We understand the importance of protecting your personal information, and we will only retain it for as long as necessary to provide our Services or to comply with legal obligations, settle disputes, prevent misuse, and enforce our agreements. If we are required by law to do so, we will delete your personal information by erasing it from our database.

6. Children’s information

We are committed to protecting children's privacy online.
